Rav Kav

Rav-Kav is a smart rechargeable multi-use card, made of plastic, similar to the driver’s license or credit card, which replaces all the paper tickets when traveling in public transport.
The card entitles you to discounts in public transport; It has your name and photo on it; You can also issue an anonymous or semi-anonymous card, with no identifying details; this card does not entitle you to discounts nor is it insured.
Contracts can be reloaded on Rav-Kav, according to the discount types to which you are eligible by law. Rav-Kav is personal and is not transferrable!

Personal Rav-Kav - the smartest card ever!

•Intial issue is free of charge.

•Grants you the discounts you are eligible for by law in public transport (when loading/charging).

•The stored value balance is insured against loss/theft.

Loading opotions:

•Monthly Pass, Stored Value, etc.

•Rav Kav Card can hold up to 8 travel contracts.

•Personal Rav-Kav can be obtained in the service stands and service centers throughout the country.

Anonymous Rav-Kav

•The card is anonymous and does not contain any personal details.

•Can be purchased from bus drivers for a single payment, allowing for unlimited repeat recharging.

•Stored value travel contract can be loaded onto the anonymous card, with a 20% discount (when loading/charging).

•Please note! A monthly pass type of contract cannot be loaded onto an anonymous card. (Daily and Weekly Passes only).

•The card is not insure for loss [or theft] - no refunds will be given for balances loaded on card.

•הנפקה ראשונה ללא תשלום.

•מקנה הנחות המגיעות לכם על פי חוק בנסיעה בתחבורה הציבורית (במעמד הטעינה).

•על הכרטיס תוטבע תמונתו של הנוסע כולל 4 ספרות אחרונות של ת.ז.

•מידע אודות הנסיעות של הנוסע אינו נשמר.

•יתרת הסכום הצבורה בכרטיס אינה מבוטחת מפני אובדן / גניבה.

אפשרויות טעינה:

•חופשי-חודשי, ערך צבור ועוד.

•ניתן לטעון עד 8 חוזי נסיעה בכרטיס אחד.

•ניתן לטעון הנחות אישיות כגון נוער, ותיקים, סטודנטים וכו’.

•ניתן להצטייד ברב-קו אישי במרכזי על-הקו ובעמדות השרות ברחבי הארץ.

יתרונות כרטיס הרב-קו
כרטיס נוח, ניתן לטעינה חוזרת ומהירה באוטובוסים או בעמדות השירות של החברה, כרטיס חופשי חודשי, יומי וסטודנט. אין צורך בכסף מזומן בכל נסיעה ואין צורך בניקוב כרטיסיות מנייר, כל הכרטיסים ניתנים להטענה בכרטיס אחד.

כרטיס מבוטח, במקרה של קלקול ניתן להעביר את זכויות הנסיעה לכרטיס חדש שיונפק בעמדות השירות של החברה, רק בכרטיס רב-קו אישי. כרטיס רב-קו אנונימי ללא פרטים מזהים ותמונה אינו מזכה בהנחה ולא בביטוח.
במקרה של אובדן / קלקול הכרטיס על הנוסע להתייצב בתחנת השירות עם תעודת זהות לקבלת הכרטיס החדש והוא יחויב ב-10 ש"ח על אובדן.

אופן ההנפקה:
אז איך מנפיקים ? כל לקוח המעוניין להנפיק כרטיס רב קו אישי מחוייב במילוי טופס ובו פרטים מזהים
לצורך מילוי הטופס יש להצטייד בתעודת זהות. קטינים מתחת לגיל 18 מחוייבים בהגעה עם האפוטרופוס החוקי ותעודת הזהות בה הינם רשומים.
סטודנטים - יש להצטייד בתעודת סטודנט ו/או אישור לימודים תקף.
זכאיים ובעלי זכאות להנחה - יש להצטייד בתעודה הרלוונטית המקנה את שיעור גובה ההנחה. (תעודת נכה / זכאי ביטוח לאומי וכיו"ב).
